We view the counseling process as a relationship that holds up a mirror for you, seeks out your heart, requires honesty and authenticity and invites you to more. It's a journey together to explore your heart, your relationships and the stories of your life. Our counseling approach is whole-person (exploring issues of the body, heart, and soul), client-centered, and relationally-focused. We have both male or female counselors available for you to choose. While we greatly value the healing power of talk therapy, sometimes there are not words for the pain we're going through. Sometimes it can be beneficial to express ourselves through creative means - journaling, art-making, photography, etc. Creative expression is encouraged in your healing journey.
