I believe change happens when one willingly examines constraining thoughts or behaviors and consciously chooses to implement more adaptive ways of functioning. I aim to create a safe and supportive environment for my clients as they work to strengthen their sense of self and enhance their salient relationships. Every person experiences hardships that can be difficult to process independently. I am thankful to the individuals, couples, and families who invite me to bear witness to their struggles.
