My training is in the art of counseling and psychology. I received my B.A. in Psychology from Spring Arbor University and then went on to obtain my Masters Degree in Counseling Psychology from Western Michigan University. My training and coursework has included: Ethical Issues in Counseling, Lifespan Development, Physiological Psychology, Intellectual Assessment, Personality Assessment, Impact of Divorce and Separation and Couple Interactions and many more. I have many years working with children, youth, and their parents in the home and through the school system. In addition, I also have training in men's issues.
