I'm a Certified Counselor in Mental Health with over 20 years of clinical experience working with children, adolescents, adults and families. I am also an Adjunct Instructor with Wilmington University and conduct various trainings across the state for counselors, social workers and other professionals. My expertise includes working with depression, anxiety, trauma, attachment, self esteem and couples/family concerns. I have 17 years experience counseling children, adolescents, adults and their families, as well as, providing consultation to schools and agencies. For my private practice, my focus will be serving teens, adults, couples and families. I am currently state certified in Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavior Therapy, and have years of consultation and training in attachment to include Attachment Focused Therapy and Attachment Based Family Therapy. My practice will also facilitate groups for anger management, self esteem and anxiety.
