We live in a society, and at a time in history, where technology, science, political and socio-economic issues have brought an unusual array of new challenges. Challenges can be a simple hurdle in the road, a major and paralyzing emotional problem, a devastating personal loss, painful parenting issues, undiagnosed depression, anxiety, ADHD that impact the quality of our lives, communication issues, couple and family conflict or sexual orientation related-issues. Regardless of what the challenge can be, it becomes necessary to develop realistic expectations, change our perspective, develop a more clear plan, learn more effective coping skills and strategies to approach challenges more successfully. I view myself as a knowledgeable consultant to navigate emotional and psychological problems and to help maximize your existing abilities, emotional strengths and develop more effective and life-fulfilling coping skills to enjoy our life experience with more joy, satisfaction and success. You, as my client, are in the driver seat. Another one of my passions is working with couples of any age, ethnic background or sexual orientation. My goal is to help with communication issues, conflict-resolution skills, and resolving family of origin issues that may impact the relationship negatively.
