Welcome! I want to applaud you for taking the first step to better your situation, and for taking care of yourself. I have over 7 years of direct experience working with adolescents, adults, and seniors suffering from a wide variety of mental health disorders. Some of those include depression, anxiety, PTSD, trauma, stress, mood disorders, and issues related to abuse. In my work, I use several approaches to counseling: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, existential modalities, & Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, among others. I am also a Certified Personal Trainer (CPT). Numerous studies conducted over the last 20 years have shown a correlation between exercise and mental health. I also utilize my knowledge of exercise physiology in combination with my counseling methodologies. Together, we will meet your goals!
