I look forward to meeting you. I see clients in Lincoln Uiversity, PA, Kennett Square, PA and Newark, DE. I am licensed in PA and DE. My ongoing professional development includes levels I, II and III of EMDR training. I am currently qualified to practice EMDR based therapy. I am trained in using EMDR with adults, adolescents, and children. I have received advanced training in attachment trauma in children from the Attachment and Trauma Center of Nebraska. My work is influenced by the integration of several different forms of psychotherapy as well as mindfulness and holistic practices. I integrate EMDR therapy, eye movement desensitization and reprocessing, into many aspects of my work. I have experience working with depression, anxiety, ADHD, cutting and self harm, and bereavement in addition to many other areas.
