My ideal clients are open to adjusting their beliefs and behaviors in order to improve their relationships and overall functioning. My goal is to empower individuals, families, and youth to take control of their destinies and function effectively by providing them with the needed skills to realize their dreams through counseling, education, and motivation. My specialties include working with adults and elders with depression, grief and loss, and anxiety. I also specialize in working with caregiver stress related to ASD. Further, I work with trauma and behavioral issues in children ages 5 - 12, and I provide family and play therapy.
