As a psychotherapist and Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Delaware for over 10 years, I have worked with children, teens, adults, couples, and families to process difficulties, cultivate new understanding, and to teach and help strengthen the skills needed to promote healing, personal growth, emotional wellness, improved self-esteem and healthy boundaries and relationships. My treatment approach is open, interactive, and supportive and encourages you to consider how past and present aspects of life impact your current relationships, choices, and overall well-being. My therapeutic techniques including dialogue, interpretation, cognitive reframing, homework exercises, creative arts, visualization, writing and journal keeping, and psycho-education. Beachstone Counseling is a private practice situated in a small shingle-style cottage on the Indian River Bay, in Sussex County, DE. Our goal is to create a safe and comfortable atmosphere where your therapeutic process can unfold. Office Hours: Tuesday & Thursday 1-8p.m. & Saturday 8a.m.-3p.m.
