Hello and welcome. I provide therapy services to adolescents and adults seeking solutions to personal, family, academic and job-related issues. Areas of specialty are chronic pain, depression, anxiety, relationship issues, adjustment to chronic illness, weight issues, eating disorders, work-related concerns, school-related issues, and adjustment to college. Life has ups and downs. Therapy can help you remain more stable, grounded and balanced regardless of circumstances. My approach to therapy involves a mutually responsive and respectful partnership with an understanding that you are the expert on yourself. Clients who choose to work with me are typically focused on using therapy to develop their ability to be increasingly productive, self-compassionate, and beneficial.
