Do you wish to develop a roadmap to your success and well-being in life? We will work together in a safe environment to uncover your true self and expand your inner wisdom. I believe you already have the answers within yet may need guidance to increase your self-compassion, confront your fears, process your issues, and build healthier skills. People entering therapy with me can expect to develop a greater understanding of how their thoughts and behaviors influence their overall well-being. Unhealthy patterns will be challenged in a supportive atmosphere so that balance and increased life satisfaction can be attained. I am trained in psychodynamic, interpersonal, and cognitive-behavioral therapies and provide treatment to individuals, couples, and groups. Areas of competency include treating disorders related to trauma, anxiety, depression, adjustment issues, insomnia, disordered eating, personality disorders, and relational conflict. I also complete bariatric surgery evaluations and can serve as a consultant to primary care physicians. I have extensive experience with working with active duty military members, veterans, and the correctional population. I have specialized training in Evidenced-Based Psychotherapy for PTSD including Cognitive Processing Therapy, Prolonged Exposure, Seeking Safety, and Skills Training for Affective and Interpersonal Regulation as well as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia.
