In my private practice I provide mental health counseling to individuals dealing with a variety of mild to severe mental health issues/disorders in an outpatient setting. I am a certified Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapist, helping individuals work through PTSD and trauma related disorders. I also have experience working with individuals that are in recovery and working toward sober living. My areas of specialty include TF-CBT (Trauma Focused - Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) which is a conjoint child parent psychotherapy approach for children and adolescents who are experiencing significant emotional and behavioral difficulties related to traumatic life events.
