I have always had a passion for helping people find their voice and their inner strengths. My approach to therapy looks at the whole person in regards to their physical, cognitive, emotional and spiritual selves. Specifically, I practice a strengths- based and mindfulness approach with a focus on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. I have a law degree from Villanova & my Masters in Clinical Social Work from Bryn Mawr College. After practicing law for a number of years, I decided that it was time to pursue my dream of becoming a therapist. My work is unique & I often utilize both areas of expertise. It is my privilege to work with clients who need support in areas including depression, anxiety, grief/loss, relationship issues, self-esteem issues, empowerment, & transitional issues. Through warmth, compassion and empathy, I create a safe place for clients to begin a transformative journey in finding their voices and their strengths.
