My passion is helping teens and young adults. I connect easily with most populations, but find that I have a special connection with these age groups. My treatment approach primarily resides under the umbrella of cognitive behavioral therapy. I believe that if someone desires positive change in their lives, this can happen with the right guidance, education, and compassion. There will always be tough days in anyone's life, but being prepared to manage those days makes life all that more fulfilling so one can cherish the good days all that much more! The specialty populations that I counsel are teens and young adults. My areas of expertise include grief, complicated grief (suicide), anxiety, depression, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, ADHD management strategies, self-esteem issues, self-harm, eating disorders, and teens experiencing separation or divorce in their families. The counseling relationships I form with my clients are positive and genuine. I only work with clients that are a good fit with me, as I only want the best care for each individual. I have positive regard for every person, and hope I can be of help to you or a loved one.
