I have been privileged to work in mental health for 20 years helping individuals and families make the changes they want to improve their lives. I believe that self trust and understanding can help any individual find personal heatlh and wellness. I am a Certified Focusing Trainer which uses experiential methods to work toward change. I have a certificate from the Philadelphia Child Guidance center in family systems therapy. I have 20 years experience working with children and adults. I also like to bring my dog "Mindy" to the office for extra help.
