I have over 12 years working with woman, children, and adolescents in various settings to address experiences with depression, abandonment, attachment issues, or just struggles with coping with their daily stressors. I work with individuals utilizing a strength based approach to empower individuals to actualize goals of person change and life choices. My core belief is that focus on how to change and/or replace thoughts, feelings, and behaviors helps to foster a life that is physically and mentally healthy. Therapy is a journey by which I assist individuals and families with putting the many pieces of their exsistence, life, and/or families back together...one piece at a time.
