Sometimes life leaves us struggling to make sense of what we are feeling and experiencing. It can happen in many ways and can be unexpected and overwhelming. Our experiences provide opportunities for growth; nonetheless, those experiences can also leave us confused, hurt and angry. I can help you make sense of things, while you find your way to the life you envision. I have a military background, both Enlisted and Commissioned. As an RN, I understand the body-mind-spirit connection, and its impact on relationships, health and peace. My life experiences give me a better understanding of yours. It is less about how I "do therapy" and more about what it is you need to feel comfortable, welcome and safe. I work with you in a way that is personal, meaningful, and effective. Navigating life and relationships CAN get easier. I also work with those who, for personal or professional reasons, choose to not use insurance. This can include aviation professionals, armed forces, police, medical professionals or anyone else who prefer to maintain privacy and complete confidentiality, without interference from insurance companies or other medical professionals.
