I am a counselor with over 14 years of experience working with children, teens, families. There are many challenges that arise in a person's life, and oftentimes counseling can help a person to navigate those challenges in a healthy and productive way. I believe that with the proper support and guidance I can help my clients work toward behaviors and insights that will give them the tools to live the lives they want. My specialties include depression, anxiety, substance abuse, divorce, phase of life issues, and the development of coping skills. I also have extensive experience working with adolescents in the areas of impulse control, behavioral issues, school anxiety/avoidance, stress management, and trouble sleeping. I offer private and confidential individual and family therapy sessions that help develop personal accountability, and goal-setting.
