The needs of the individual, couple, and family are addressed via traditional and alternative approaches. The professionals in the practice value good listening, wisdom drawn from research, clinical work, as well as, common sense. The goal is to promote healing,growth and independence. After an initial consultation, the preferred method of treatment is agreed on with the client. The strategies are eclectic including cognitive behavioral, psychodynamic, analytical, dream work, relaxation, Eastern techniques, interpersonal and systemic. Neuropsychological, educational and personality testing can be completed in the practice. The practice includes the following areas of expertise: individual adult issues, marital/sex therapy, family work with children and adolescents, addictions. A senior male and female therapist are in the practice.The practice will prepare billing for insurance carriers. We also do psychological testing for accommodations and school needs.
