Seeking therapy takes a great deal of determination and courage. By visiting my page, you have taken the most important step towards making positive lasting changes in your life. I am a licensed psychologist who has extensive experience working with children, adolescents, and adults. I provide individual and family therapy in a safe and supportive environment. My goal is to help you discover your strengths and increase your ability to cope with stressful life transitions that may lead to depression, anxiety, or emotional distress. I am trained in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, a treatment for children who have experienced trauma, as well as evidenced based treatments to improve parent/caregiver and child interactions. I also provide psychoeducational assessment services for children and adolescents. I currently accept Delaware Health Options and BlueCross BlueShield (Highmark Delaware).
