I am experienced in treating mood and anxiety disorders. If you are struggling with anxiety or depression, I can help you identify the source of your discomfort, and develop a plan that will best adress your concerns to more effectively manage stress, anxiety and depression. I work with individuals ages 14 and up to overcome mild to moderate anxiety and depressive symptoms as well as complex trauma related symptoms. I specialize in trauma related anxiety and depression. My experience makes me uniquely qualified to help a range of issues from stress related anxiety to severe depression and complex trauma. I am psychodynamically trained and consider family history and relationships while using cognitive behavioral interventions to treat and manage symptoms. Working with military service members, veterans and their families for 8 years, I have developed a specialty in military combat and sexual trauma. I understand the unique needs of military and veteran clients and their families. I am trained in Prolonged Exposure, Cognitive Behavioral and Cognitive Processing Therapies.
