Choosing to begin counseling can be an unfamiliar or difficult decision for many people, and I strongly believe that clients need to feel that they can connect with a therapist in order to build trust. This is why I am dedicated to creating a safe, supportive and comfortable environment for you to explore, heal and grow. I have a collaborative and strengths-based approach to counseling. This means we will work together to help you realize all of the strengths and skills you already bring to the table and explore new skills and perspectives that enhance those abilities. I have my dual Masters Degrees in Social Work and Human Sexuality from the fully accredited Widener University. I have experience working with wide range of issues including anxiety, depression, self-esteem, HIV/AIDS, sexual orientation and gender identity. My specialties include couples counseling, sex therapy, and intimate partner violence.
