Therapy is a collaborative process that promotes healing, change, and growth, and the therapy relationship is the foundation for this process. Given this, my goal is to provide you with a safe space in which we work together to meet your needs and goals for treatment. Whether you are struggling with relationship issues, grief/loss, low self-esteem, depression, or anxiety; you feel unfulfilled, lonely, or in need of support and coping skills; or you are in the midst of a life transition that you need help navigating, we could address these in therapy. In addition to obtaining a Doctorate in Psychology, I also obtained a Master's degree in Human Sexuality. Thus, I am equipped to explore and address various sexuality concerns, such as intimacy, sexual orientation and/or identity, gender identity, sexual compulsivity/addiction, and sexual health. I take an integrative approach to treatment, meaning that I incorporate various psychological theories and techniques, to provide you with therapy that is tailored to your unique needs and goals. We will work to deepen your understanding of yourself, enhance your relationships, and improve your overall quality of life.
