I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with over 12 years of experience in the field of counseling. My approach to counseling is strengths-based, with a focus on helping you to find the positive solutions for your concerns. I have extensive experience working with children (age 11 and up), adolescents, families, and couples. I have experience working with survivors of domestic abuse as well as sexual assault. There are patterns in families and relationships that when altered, can change overall happiness and personal fulfillment.
