I specialize in working with adult individuals and couples on a wide variety of personal issues helping them to move from discord to harmony on goals of their choice. It is my belief that each person has hidden strengths that may have been weakened by life events and that the care, experience and training of a professional therapist empowers clients seeking personal growth. Knowing how unsettling it can be talking to a stranger about personal matters, I strive to make the experience of therapy non-threatening and positive. I truly enjoy my work. I'll help you find relief from depression, anxiety, stress, grief, low self-esteem, and problems with relationships, sexuality, addiction/abuse, co-dependency, communication, problem solving, assertiveness, and parenting skills. I have over 24 years of experience and training to share with you on your journey to wholeness and healing. I am a Clinical Member of the American Association for Marriage and Family Therapy (AAMFT),a Certified Addictions Counselor (CAC), Past President of the PA Association for Marriage and Family Therapy (PAMFT),a past Editor of the PAMFT Newsletter. I have recently expanded office hours and am taking new clients.
