As a licensed clinical psychologist I provide brief and long term therapy specializing in treating sexual issues and helping clients improve the satisfaction in their relationships. Working with both individuals and couples, my practice focuses on guiding clients to live a more authentic and fulfilling life through greater intimate connection. Integrating a relational, psychodynamic and cognitive-behavioral approach, my goal is to help individuals work through the challenges in their lives where they feel most stuck. My work with couples is centered around improving clients' understanding of their partner's intimacy needs and how to communicate and express their own sexuality. I believe that each client has unique strengths that can be used to enhance the therapy experience and more effectively meet his/her therapeutic goals. As a warm, authentic, and active therapist, I believe I am able to easily connect with clients and provide a safe, yet challenging therapy environment.
