In today's digital world, cell phones have made it easier than ever to keep connected and come together, but depending on age and experience one can consider technology to be helpful or harmful. Texting and social media have created a unique set of challenges for both parents and their children leaving some parents worried about how to protect their children. Cyber bullying, sexting, porn addiction, selfie-self obsession and putting it all out there for the world to see creates higher rates of depression, suicide, eating disorders and self esteem issues.
