I assist my clients in developing more self-awareness, self-confidence and emotional connection to themselves and others. I have worked in a variety of settings (e.g. college counseling center, psychiatric hospital, outpatient group practice). My areas of interest include depression, anxiety, identity confusion and trauma. I actively tend to personality issues that interfere with the ability to cultivate satisfying relationships. In addition, I have advanced training in the exploration of spiritual and existential concerns. I work with individuals, couples and families.
