I love working with individuals and couples to help them create great marriages and resolve personal problems that keep them struggling and unhappy. People who experience marital conflict, emotional distance, affairs, depression, anxiety, lack of motivation and want more out of life would benefit from working with me. My goal is to give you the best results for the time and money you devote to counseling. My approach is personal and down to earth. I return calls quickly and offer a full hour session instead of the typical 45-50 minute counseling session.I offer personalized service without the clinic environment. I work with many people who experience depression, anxiety, decreased motivation and have relationship problems. Together, we look at the factors contributing to the problems and explore options, solutions and how to use their strengths more effectively. I ask for regular client feedback to assure good progress. My background adds a unique dimension to the counseling approach. Before becoming a counselor, I was a succesful business woman and a national ice dancing competitor. I have been married for over thirty years, have two grown children and love to travel. I strive to provide the best counseling experience possible.
