I believe it takes a lot of courage to reach out to another person for assistance when you are trying to deal with emotional difficulties or major life changes. My ideal client is someone invested in improving his or her overall mental health by working hard to achieve personal goals. I enjoy working collaboratively with people who are actively interested in bettering their mental health and well-being. I strive to create a supportive, yet challenging environment to assist my clients in creating positive change in their daily lives. I have experience working with children, adolescents, and adults dealing with anxiety, depression, adjustment disorder, behavioral / developmental disorders, relationship issues, grief and loss, and adjustment to living with Traumatic Brain Injury. My approach to therapy is eclectic in that I use several treatment methods to best assist you. I focus on treating individuals from a holistic perspective. Individuals of any race, ethnicity, and sexual orientation are welcome to receive therapy services. In addition to individual and couples therapy, neuropsychological assessment is available.
