I believe that effective therapy is dependent on a good fit between patient and clinician. I strive to create a safe environment for my patients to discuss their thoughts and feelings without fear of judgement. I utilize my training in CBT, psychodynamic therapy, DBT, and family therapy, in an eclectic fashion to address the needs of my patients. My primary goal is to help adults, children, and families gain a deeper understanding of their behaviors, thoughts, and feelings to better their lives. My specialties include working with children and adults who have anxiety and mood disorders. I also work with children of divorce and have expertise in parent guidance. I have been trained as a fellow at the University of Michigan where I have received excellent training.
