Psychotherapy is like a guided adventure. You and your therapist will explore issues, personal opinions, treatment options and relationship influences confidentially. You will comfortably progress toward your goal. My 24 year experiences as a therapist in many settings with persons of ages 4 to 90 years have taught me much about life and improvement techniques. I am able to currently offer you an experience of value. I will support your journey toward the life you choose. Therapy is often looked at as a rather confusing experience.
