Are you sick and tired of being sick and tired? I counsel with individuals or couples seeking to improve overall mental health well-being and/or strengthen relationships. I provide food for thought and challenge and assist you in attaining your highest potential. My goal is to help you get where you want to be. I work effectively one-to-one with specified disorders (i.e. Anxiety, Depression, Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, Adjustment Disorders, Gender issues) and conjointly with interpersonal/relational issues. I frequently encourage the client to navigate while I point out interesting terrain along the way. I am cognitively focused in sessions with a person-centered foundation. I provide court-ordered counseling for anger management or domestic issues (parenting, neglect, abuse). Additionally, I conduct home studies for adoptive parents and provide counseling for prospective adoptive parents, as well.
