I help my clients separate their thinking from their feelings, to be able to see what is real from what they are feeling, that is, what is going on inside of them introduces an opportunity to live without anxiety, fears and depression. Feelings can be confused for reality and it is helpful to be able to recognize the difference. In today's world, I see clients who may change careers, positions, and life styles more often than one has in the past. To find one's place, meaning of life, comfort and personal best are ongoing life goals, one can achieve in a safe environment. My psychotherapy focuses on one's ability to grow, gain emotional health and have satisfying relationships. I see clients dealing with anxiety, depression, co-dependency, coping skills, self-esteem, life transitions, grief, crisis management, post traumatic stress and geriatric issues.
