I truly believe it is possible to heal from your hurt, overcome negative thinking and self-sabotaging behaviors and embrace your perfectly imperfect self. Whether you are struggling to embrace your sexuality, struggling with low sexual desire/arousal, having trouble due to past trauma, anxiety or depression or just wanting to improve the intimacy in your relationship, you are worthy of a fresh start. My therapeutic style consists of using an integrative evidence-based approach of affirmative therapies such as feminist, mindfulness, narrative and emotionally-focused & solution-focused therapies. I am an LGBTQ and poly friendly life coach and sex therapist trained under the clinical requirements of The American Association of Sexuality Educators, Counselors and Therapist (AASECT) that specializes in helping adolescents, individuals, couples, and others improve their overall personal and sexual wellness. Sessions may be eligible for reimbursement from your insurance provider.
