I have been providing psychotherapy services for over 25 years. My office is located in Hillsdale, Michigan--a small, quiet town in south central Michigan. I utilize Mindfulness Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and I also use metaphors and story re-telling. I often work with anxious clients, clients struggling with OCD, individuals, couples, adults, older adults and teens. I have expertise working with other distresses as well. I am currently a student in the University of Michigan Sexual Health Program, training to become a sex therapist. Ask me about an auricular acupuncture session!
