I have been working with clients in the Portland area since 2004, helping hundreds of individuals and couples to seek out healthier lives, better relationships, and the skills & confidence necessary to live a life of more substantial meaning and purpose. You were created to live a dynamic life, but maybe things like relationship struggles, employment issues, past abuse, emotional pain, or anxiety/fear have gotten in the way. I serve my clients by listening, motivating, advising, and encouraging each one of them to take back control of life and to move forward with confidence in yourself and with greater love towards others. I work to equip clients in having dynamic relationships, meaningful employment, and the emotional and spiritual freedom they need. Clients walk away with tools that allow them to move forward confidently, and they leave behind those issues of shame, failure, broken relationships, and mistrust, while pursuing the kind of life they always wanted.
