All of us will have times in our lives when we meet challenges that are difficult to deal with alone. During these times, therapists can provide the support and guidance that we need to identify our strengths and resources and learn new ways to deal with our problems. My special interest is in working with adolescents and adults who are struggling with eating disorders, depression, grief and loss, anger and other adjustment issues. I have spent over 25 years working with high school students in the areas of college and career counseling and offer these services through my practice as well. Typically these services are not covered by insurance plans.
