Life challenges us all. One in four adults experience a mental health issue over the course of life. With my considerable experience, I excel at assessment and diagnosis of mental health and substance abuse issues and challenges. My client-centered approach will help you start where you want to start and guide you in a nonjudgmental way toward your healthy self and finding your true and unique voice. I am very accepting and compassionate, but direct when necessary. Together we will move you toward wellness and wholeness. Communications coaching, assessment, diagnosis, depression, anxiety, eating disorders, post-traumatic stress disorder including veteran's issues. Relational and domestic issues. Adjustment disorders. Transitional issues for adolescents and college students. Coping with disabilities, chronic illness and chronic pain. Grief and loss, substance abuse (especially after care), couples, families.
