Life is a journey! On the journey of life we can encounter "roadblocks". If you feel you have run into a "roadblock" in your life, counseling can help you to work through your emotions, to learn new coping skills, and to recognize your strengths. In counseling sessions, we can work together on issues, such as, communication skills, self-esteem, assertive skills, parenting skills, anger management skills, coping skills, and anxiety. I have experience working with individuals who are initially unsure of the counseling process. If you have never been to a counselor or have had a negative experience with a counselor in the past, it is important you know not all counseling experiences are the same. There are a wide range of reasons why people seek counseling and I believe each person has the right to be a part of a positive counseling experience. I have a passion for working with children and adult survivors of abuse/neglect/trauma.
