I primarily see clients who are struggling with issues related to sexuality. This is broadly defined but would include problems with intimacy (e.g., difficulty maintaining closeness), desire (e.g., not wanting to have sex), arousal (e.g., inability to achieve or maintain erections), and orgasm (e.g., not being able to, or having it happen too quickly). If you are in a committed relationship, I encourage the partner to be involved. I also see clients who are experiencing distress related to affairs, sexual compulsivity, sexual trauma, sexual orientation, and gender identity. Clients who identify as GLBTQ are welcome. I have advanced training in sex therapy and sexual trauma from Masters & Johnson. I have extensive experience working with intimate relationships. I am also a full-time faculty member at Michigan State University where I teach both undergraduate and graduate students. I have limited availability (Thursdays only) and frequently maintain a waitlist. My practice is not set up for emergencies as I am unavailable at various times throughout the week. Payment of $120 per hour is due at the time of service. Call your insurance provider directly to inquire about coverage.
