Watching your child struggle can be one of the most difficult parts of being a parent. Whether a child is feeling sad or angry, acting out, has difficulty making friends, worries too often, or is struggling with school, a parent just wants to help in any way they can. I work with children, adolescents and families to create more harmonious and satisfying family lives in which they can reach their full potential. I also direct a small team of talented and dedicated therapists with a passion for assisting children, teens and families. We collaborate with each family to determine what approach will best address the concerns. We work with individuals, parents, families, and schools to meet the challenges identified. We specialize in treating children with behavior problems such as explosive tempers, defiance, low frustration tolerance, school difficulties and emotional challenges such as depression, anxiety, mood instability, adjustment problems, divorce and ADHD.
