But eventually from being in the world the spark starts to fade, it becomes covered up by the ego/personality that develops from our experiences in life. This is not who we truly are. You are still the light that wills to shine and prosper. Dare to invite your higher self to live as and through you, return home to yourself. Do you wonder why you are here? Do you wonder why you struggle? Resistance to the truth of yourself creates the struggle, surrender. No longer focus on the external waiting for something outside to save you or fulfill you. You are all you need. My approach in therapy is to use DBT/consciousness concepts to move you into wholeness with yourself. I use EMDR to target any stuck points that keep us from moving into wholeness. Now doing EMDR to target all behavioral and chemical addictions, using the feeling state protocol for addiction treatment.
