Pain comes in many forms but it doesn't need to define you. It takes courage to fight alone but it takes even more courage to reach out for help. I come from a culture that leaves no one behind and I won't give up on you, don't you either! Together we will work to create a specific plan to navigate your unique situation. I take a different approach to therapy, pain management and life coaching. I draw on my experience as a therapist, scientist and former USAF intelligence officer to bring clarity and new perspective to difficult situations and challenges. I see my role as helping you examine your current situation from all perspectives. As the father of an adult son with autism, I am familiar with life's challenges. As a spouse of someone who has faced long-term chronic pain, I know and have experienced the complexity of the journey and I understand its emotional, physical, and spiritual dimensions.
