I enjoy helping parents, children, and families struggling with a particular issue, or just everyday life that seems overwhelming. Life is just sometimes hard, and I am dedicated to listening, and to helping you find hope and joy again. My goal is to help you help yourself to gain new insights, and to learn better ways of coping. I have helped clients of all ages and backgrounds successfully address a wide variety of issues related to home, family, school and work, including difficult behaviors, depression, anxiety, grief and loss, stress management and self-esteem.
