I work with children, adolescents, and adults with a variety of mental health needs. Some of these include depression, anxiety, abuse, and childhood disorders. I have a special interest in treating trauma and loss in childhood. I mainly use a psychoanalytic approach when working with adults. Play therapy and sandtray therapy are two mediums that I use in addition to traditional talk therapy. The success of therapy has a lot to do with the relationship between client and therapist. I aim to cater to the individual needs of those I work with and what he/she responds to best. I specialize in treating people throughout the lifespan who have experienced trauma or loss as a child. I work with adults to heal emotional wounds received from these experiences. I especially use play therapy, relational therapy, and expressive therapies to treat children and adolescents who are dealing with these issues. I am very flexible when it comes to the means by which treatment is administered. I use traditional modes as well as non-traditional means by which I can provide help depending on the client's unique personality and life, and what he/she responds to best.
