As a practical, interactive, solution-focused therapist, my approach is to provide insight to help individuals, couples, and families address current challenges and longstanding issues. With an integration of methods, I draw from a variety of styles and interventions. With a comfortable and confidentional atmosphere, it is my hope that clients can acheive the personal growth they are striving for. I have over 30 years of experience in the field, teach at the graduate school level, and supervise other professionals in the field of psychotherapy I provide individual, couples, and family counseling in order to treat a wide variety of emotional, behavioral, and relational problems. I believe in using brief therapy models that lead toward the resolution of problems in as short of time as possible.
