I specialize in depression, Bipolar, anxiety, eating disorders, self-harm, ADD/ADHD, substance use, PTSD, & grief/loss. I have extensive clinical experience in various settings: In/outpatient, ER, crisis services, substance abuse center, & behavioral consultation. My goal is to provide you with the necessary tools to improve your current symptoms and utilize these skills to manage future concerns independently. Together we will discover the underlying patterns for your thoughts and behaviors, determine new methods to facilitate change, and secure effective strategies to maintain that change.
