I have experience working with women, couples, men, and adolescents. I am passionate about helping people work through general life concerns as well identifying coping skills among other therapeutic strategies that can be beneficial for people to overcome life's many challenging situations. Life can be unpredictable and overpowering causing one to feel overwhelmed, discouraged, and hopeless at times. I provide a safe environment where healing and breakthroughs take place. My focus is to build a strong therapeutic relationship and focus on solutions that help individuals reach their goals. Therapeutically, I practice EMDR, Solution Focused Brief Therapy, Reality Therapy, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy in assisting clients in achieving their goals I am trained in multidimensional partner trauma (APSATS). I am qualified to utilize EMDR psychotherapy to effectively treat trauma. I am also trained in PREPARE/ENRICH. P&E is built on a solid research foundation and significantly improves a couple's relationship.
