While life can be joyful and beautiful, at times it can also be painful and lonely. At times like this it can be helpful to have someone who's been there - who's experienced addiction and significant grief and loss - to share the journey through hard times. Adding to my personal experience and using up to date, research based techniques I accept clients where they are and help them get to where they want to go. Whether recovering from addiction and/or mental illness, resolving grief, or just coping with life's difficulties you don't have to journey alone. With a psycho-dynamic background and a Person Centered approach, I use affective and cognitive behavioral therapies to assist people in coming to terms with substance use disorders, problem gambling, grief and loss, and depression and anxiety. Professional, discreet, and flexible with 19 years experience in treatment and crisis intervention I also offer Recovery Management, Case Management, and Intervention Services in my office or a location of your choosing. Evening and weekend appointments are available.
